HOW TO SIGN UP

  • Email MetaMaxConditioning@gmail.com to let us know which program you are interested in (See options below)
  • Sign the Waiver (we will send this to you)
  • Set up a credit card through Stripe
  • I will email you your log in and password for the site
  • If there are supplemental squat & skill programs included with your programming, I will email them along with your log in information.
  • Workouts are released on Sunday afternoon every week.

Monthly Rates for Written Workouts:


General Competitors 3 Days Per Week: $20 Per Month

The perfect program to follow if you are looking for increased strength, speed, stamina, all with better technique


Advanced Competition Prep 5-6+ Days Per Week: $35 Per Month

This program is great for the seasoned athlete who is preparing for an Intermediate/RX competition. They start at various times during the year and are typically based off of local/regional Florida Competitions such as Wodapalooza, The Rex Rumble, or The Iron Rage Throwdown. Email us to find out when the next program starts


6-Week Competitors Program 5 Days Per Week: $55 Total

The perfect program to follow if you have a competition coming up and need to increase your strength, speed, and stamina.

Our Philosophy

Meta Max Conditioning is an online training program that is designed to make athletes stronger and faster, ultimately allowing them to reach their goals and become better athletes.

It is common for athletes to hit plateaus and become frustrated with their lack of improvement. Meta Max works with you to push past these road blocks and help you reach your full potential through the use of structured dynamic programming.

Our athletes all have different goals, strengths, and weaknesses. We at Meta Max work with you to keep your strengths while working your weaknesses! Whether you choose our generalized program or our lock-step program, both will help you become a better athlete.

About Coach Greg

I began CrossFit in the summer of 2012 and since has become extremely passionate about the sport. In the winter of 2013, I received my CrossFit L1 certification and later became a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach and NPTI Kettlebell Certified. In July of 2017, I received my CrossFit Level 2 Certification and CrossFit Gymnastics Certification. In this time, I have had the opportunity to put 2,000+ thousand hours into coach/program all ranges of athletes from Beginners to Regionals level, as well as program for various gyms in the Orlando area.

I had built a passion to work with individuals to better prepare themselves for competition, both at the local and regional level. Programming, mechanics and competition preparedness are my specialties and I hope to be able to pursue a continued side-career with this. It brings myself great joy to assist clients and members with PR’s and continued success.
