I started MetaMax in December 2015 in preparation for a local competition and have stuck with it since.  In combination with a change in my diet - I have lost 15 # and yet all my Olympic lifts have increased from one rep maxes to now working weight.  My endurance during workouts is the best I've ever been and in just 4 months - I hit a goal of getting my first kipping pull up.

The programming is extremely well thought out and aggressive but with purpose.  Sometimes I may think it's TOO aggressive but then I give it a go - and find that I can do it and I probably would have never even tried it had it not been programmed.

If you are unsure - give it 2 weeks ... I bet you will be hooked for life.  #metamaxworks

I enjoy metamax because it really focuses on your weakness and challenges you to make them your strengths. It also forces you to perfect your technic and form. It also builds you mentally. During workouts when you feel like you can't keep going or you don't have any more in the tank. You realize you have more energy and endurance then you used.
